Not sure if it works for fatty liver. But its good for digestion. I dont get acidity after drinking this. My mom's constipation after some heavy medications.. is a lot better. At the same time she doesnt get loose motions also. I buy regularly. Useful to have. Taste wise its not bad. Some people might not like the taste if they are not used to ayurvedic kadhas and other herbs.

Lot of precipitation in liquid. Lot of undissolved material. Need to sreen before taking it. Really unhappy with product. Bcoz I used other products but liquid was clear. Need a product specification as per claimed GMP certified.
