Is the size xl for heavy woman or breast size? or a little of both? i'm small with jj cups. help

I’m a 34I and works fine for me. I’m not that heavy obviously but I have large breasts. I did remove the straps and just wear a loose fitting sports bra with this wedged between.

does this work for someone with size 34B?

While the product was designed for C cup and larger (women with that size tend to have an increased likelihood for chest wrinkles), a larger size B can use the Intimia Pillow and will benefit from it.

What is it made out of?

There is an inner formed foam core, invisible zip at the bottom, and the fabric is a thick stretch satin, so most likely polyester/spandex.
