The Torts Process, 8th Edition (Aspen Casebook)

I bought this book brand new and it was advertised that was able to use the online casebook! They did not include the code for the price one would think they would get what they paid for!!! Very disappointed.

The book came and is in good condition though the spine is somewhat broken and it REEEEEEEAKS of cigarette smoke.

Very clean copy.

The substance of the book is great. I thought the book would be in better condition.

Easy to follow and organized very well! The "meat" of the book between the cases is very helpful and doing the practice problems really help you prepare for exams.

This is the entire new book with half the price! And shipment is quick! Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend this buyer.
