Great concept. Works as intended. However, it is cheaply made. The lumbar insert makes a negligible difference. My strap ripped out the first week I had it strapped to my chair and I had to resew it. The ice pack that comes with it is about as big as a sandwich and stays cold for about 5 min. What can you expect though. It's $20.

Pretty good lumbar support pillow, maybe a little pricey. I'm using it in my car and the strap started to rip on one side, I think I've had it maybe 2 months, so not exactly durable at least with regards to the strap that is. I ended up cutting the strap off and its working well without it. The thermal pouch is a neat idea but I haven't used it yet.

Much larger than I expected but super comfy. My only issue is that i is thicker than the chair i purchased it for really accommodates. I have to adjust it periodically. Overall a great back support.

This is alright, Feels real good on my back but does not want to stay in one spot on my chair.

using it on my office chair, it offer nice back support, just that in hot weather it feels pretty sweaty so I keep towel over it. Would still recommend.

Got this for my chair at work and it really makes it a lot more comfortable. Sitting behind a desk for 8 hours everyday for 25 years, some really good lumbar support helps. Now the really awesome part. it comes with an insert that you can either freeze or heat in microwave. I've not froze it yet.... but I heat it up usually 2-3 times a week. It feels amazing!!!! And stays hot for a long time. I don't heat it for back pain.. I heat it up because it feels so good on my back in that chilly office. I'll even take it out and hold it in my hands a little. Definitely pleased with this product

VERY stiff. If you are looking for something with a little give, this isn't for you.
