Broken bits
The biscuits that are actually broken get packed and sent because obviously they won’t get sold in a physical store. The taste is also not great. Wouldn’t order more for sure. Imagine rusk, being so hard and dry getting broken into bits and sent. Terrible!

Tasty, crispy and light but I felt it was expensive for the quantity delivered.

Very very costly. Be reasonable in fixing the cost.
Just for 200grams of Rusk it's 375/-,It's really very very costly as compared to the shp where per kg it's 220/-. We need to pay only for the plastic box which is used for packing. Many were broken. Do not buy online.My sincere openion and request to all.

Although the quality of the rusk was good, around 75% of the product was found to be broken. Adequate precautions should be taken so that the product reaches to the consumer in proper condition and not broken.
