What is the date of production and expiration

I do not remember when I bought the Vaseline Hair Tonic I think it was in 2013 or 2014 I still have the bottle I seldom use it the date of manufacturer says 29/08/13 and the expiration date is 28/08/15 the primary ingredient is mineral oil and it still seams good. I do not know the shelf life of mineral oil.

Is this for men or women ?

My purchase was for a guy and I know two men who are using this Vaseline Hair tonic.

While placing the order for Vaseline Hair Tonic, the product image clearly showed "Made in UAE." However, the product I received is manufactured in India. This is misleading, as the delivered product does not match the information shown at the time of purchase. I am not satisfied with the seller and request an explanation and appropriate resolution.
