Are these pull-up or is there a fastening tab?

Pull-up. They are for my 94 year old Mom who is living with us. When hospitalized for a hip replacement, the fastening tab was used at the hospital to make it easier for staff, but Mom finds the pull-ups easier now that she’s taking care of it herself.

would this medium fit someone who wears size 8 skirt and size 7 undwear

Sorry I can't answer your question. I had them sent to a relative who said they fit fine. This person doesn't wear a skirt and these adult underwear are the only underwear she wears 24/7.

Does the medium fit true to size?

I think Tena is GREAT. As far as size, can't answer your question. I can use either medium or large but large is a bit loose. I normally wear medium. I am about 5'3" and 145 lbs. Most of the time I use just a Tena. However, I have a bad problem with incontinence and find that if I am having a difficult day but have to go out, I put on the Tena and then put in a pad leaving the protective paper on it so it doesn't stick when I take it out. Then later when required I can take pad out and have a "new" Tena to finish the day. Try the Tena, think you will be pleased. And if you have to change size it only costs the price of one package to find out and it will be worth it.
