I was a bit concerned with some of the comments and almost didn't buy it. I love it. It looks just like the picture, with a matt texture. It has a texture pattern in it that makes it look like leather but feels smooth to the touch. It is intended to be trimmed to fit your computer and comes with instructions to do so. For me to get the right fit I turned it upside down and placed the top of my lap top face down on the back side of the decal and traced it. then I cut on my strait lines. You must start applying it from the corner (as the instructions stated) and slowly lay it down while keeping it aligned. Mine went on perfectly with NO BUBBLES. It may be difficult to do if you are not a do it yourself kind of person.

This product is not bad for a sticker, but it does NOT stick if your laptop has curved edges. I wouldn’t reccomend if you’re looking for something durable. If you try to put it in a bag the sticker starts peeling off.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this product! It fit perfectly on my laptop (ASUS F554L 15-6 Inch). The only thing I did not love about it is that it does not have rounded corners. But for the most I am happy with this product! I ordered another one already. So, yeah... it does the job, plus looks good and seems to be more expensive. It is so easy to apply. The image quality was good, but I found it difficult to get the decal to apply smoothly. There were lots of air bubbles. After I managed to smooth it out, the decal only lasted about week before it started to peal away from one of the edges ( And I don't have curved edges on my laptop so that's not a contributing factor for it not adhering well). I liked the look of it while it lasted, it just didn't hold up for very long.

I love the print, and the quality of the decal, but it was extremely hard to get the bubbles out. I even tried a squegee, with no luck.

This is one of my favorite Amazon purchases in years. It is so pretty and jazzed up my plain-looking laptop, several people admired it too. if you need a makeover for your laptop, get this.

This skin is beautiful and protects my laptop. I bought it in 2013 and it is still working great, with only a tiny lift on one of the corners. Beautiful, worth the money, and really makes your laptop stand out. I did not even have to trim it. My laptop must be 15.6 inches.

I will never waste money on one of these things again. I was never able to get the bubbles out no matter how many times I tried. And I tried sticking it back to the paper and doing it later. It stuck to the paper and ended up tearing off the paper. It was also a little too big. I would have had to cut it. Still a pretty design so I just added it to my collection of stickers on my wooden head board. Furiously disappointed however.
