These work great. Probably the best probiotic I've taken. I combined these with Medical Medium's celery juice routine and eating some grapefruit. Taking a couple stars off the rating because they took several days to transit and arrived not at all refrigerated (other reviewers have confirmed this is a problem when ordering this item from Amazon).

These seem to be working well but as feedback to the company, I known it says they can be good for up to 2 weeks at room temperature but the whole idea in ordering this maximum strength product with refrigeration is for effectiveness and mine were not refrigerated and warm. I understand it could be a transit issue but for my condition I'm needing the best product out there. This is my second bottle. I'm happy with the first order and it was indeed very cold so I'll continue.
