This is a good starter set to try out. Although a bit more pieces would be nice. My almost 2 toddler was able to play with these. I might order a bigger set if he continues to show interest in these large size plus-plus.

These are so great for 2 year old twins. I'm always concerned about small pieces because they tend to put everything in their mouth but these are a great size. They love trying to build and take apart these pieces. I'm definitely buying more of these!

Who knew? These r a great recommendation so glad I bought two sets for both kids. They played w these many times on the road trip. I put them away and they pulled them right back out. They are small so they fit into the toy cooler we locked into the area between the car seats. Both kids could acces their plus plus when they wanted. Def a part of the stay in the car arsenal. Perfect for long hauls or even for long waits where they need a toy that won’t be a nasty projectile in a crash or a hard stop.

Bought this for a one-year old. My nine-year old, the one-year old's father, and I spent a long time playing with it. I think the one-year old will like it in a year.

We love the original plus plus blocks so I bought these for my toddler. They work just the same, but you do get significantly less than that the other smaller ones so I would like more to actually build things. But overall they are fun.
