Hello Jason,A quart (32 oz. size) of Weldwood Contact Cement (WCC) will cover about 58 sq. feet (single surface).The WCC is applied to two (2) surfaces, allowed to air-dry 15-20 minutes, and then, the two surfaces are pressed together.-	The WCC should be effectively fully cured in about 7 days.-	If you're like me, you might let the WCC cure for about 10 minutes, before using the objects that were just glued, using the WCC, "not" per directions.-	A gallon (4 quarts) of WCC will cover about 232 sq. feet (single surface).A room that is 10 feet by 12 feet is 120 sq. feet (single surface).You should be able to the base and the flooring, for this 120 sq ft. room with only one (1) quart of WCC.120 sq. ft. to coat flooring (top material), and 120 sq. ft to coat floor (base material).A 10 ft. x 10 ft. room is 100 sq. feet.Hope this helps,nailbreak

Will it hold on painted concrete surfaces?

Weldwood Contact Cement has the best sticking adhesive of ALL of the glues and contact cements I have ever tried. I first started using Weldwood back in about 1965.- Yes, Weldwood Contact Cement will adhere to "painted" cement floors - However... Weldwood will be contacting the painted surface rather than the cement, so if the paint on the cement surface is bubbling, it may come up. If the paint on the cement is firm the Weldwood should hold just fine.- Note: When using Weldwood Contact Cement, only apply to surfaces that you do not want to come apart. If you are using Weldwood as a temporary fix, try a light-duty adhesive.Thank you,Ed

Would this product work for adhering cork sheeting to the styrofoam ceiling of a pop up camper?

I would think so. I used it to glue hydroturf which is like a thin padding to the floor of my aluminum boat. Worked Great !  But to answer your question, Yes, I think it would work just fine. Also, It dries pretty quick. It gets pretty tacky or sticky within about 5 min or less. Great product.

Question 4

Will this work and is it strong enough for sticking rope to wood?

It would not be my first choice. It sticks to wood. So you could glue two pieces of wood together but other things glue better. If it sticks to rope, something I have not tried a lot, it will stick to itself. I have glued cord to a dowel with it, but i then wrapped it with athletic tape grip for a sword.
