Q: I'm 5'2 125lbs usually where a size 4 what size would that be in this shirt?

I am 5’4” 119lbs. The small fits me perfectly. Not a tight fit. Looks tailored to fit. The length is upper thigh. I hate short shirts. The medium is too big.

Q: How thin? I need something thin while on my motorcycle as I sweat buckets in normal weight tees.

Thinner than a T shirt but not see-through. I wear them to workout, and I sweat buckets too. My size Large shirt weighs 5 ounces, if that is useful.

Q: Is the material similar to that of an under armor athletic shirt? I need something to wear under scrubs to cover a tattoo that is not too warm.

It is similar to UA. I am not often cold but I can tell you that this is my 1st layer I wear while hiking. It keeps me warm enough to shed my 2nd layer and coat. So, if you are a person that is always cold, I would say get it. To hide a tatt, you can look into sleeves. You can get colors to match your scrubs and nobody will know.

No but the sleeves are really long
