I am so glad I found this site. I had to have a pacemaker put in and I did not one of that one of those clunky silver bracelets with the big medical logo on it on my wrist all the time and I did not want to carry a card with me all the time to give all the information on the pacemaker. I received a beautiful piece of jewelry. It’s I got it in the gold colors. It has a really neat little design on the top of it to indicate medical and honest to gosh on the backside. It has every single piece of information about my pacemaker. I’m actually going to order another one just to have an extra case this one breaks, but it’s a piece of jewelry that I could wear all the time and I’ve worn it in the showers. I’ve been wearing it. You know just daily. You never take it off and it’s weathering nicely and I think the quality is great and I just love it. It sure beats the heck out of those big silver heavy clunky looking things. I highly recommend this for someone who does not want to have a piece of ugly metal on their arm the writing on the back is very clear very legible, even though I don’t even know how they got that much information on this bracelet. I am so pleased.

Love this! There is plenty of room for emergency information, medication, and emergency contacts. I've worn it constantly for over 3 years, still looks good, great price. Only slight negative is the chain has stretched looser, but very normalfir the time I've worn it.

I haven’t seen such outstanding customer service in a very long time. Definitely recommend this seller and my bracelet is absolutely gorgeous!I'm really disappointed in the sizing of the bracelet I received. It is actually a beautiful and from what I can tell, well made medical bracelet. Unfortunately, I did not see the tiny writing that was on one of the pages that told me to add 1/2 inch to my measurement.Therefore, my bracelet is basically worthless because it fits too snug. No one would be able to flip it over in case of an emergency. I can put it on, but it's pretty tight. Such a waste of money.

I'm very pleased with it,, with just 1 thing bothering me... I wish I got it just got it 1 inch longer on the chain,, mine is 6 1/2"s,,,I've a very small wrist.. I measured it & it seems correct but now that I have it ,, it should have been a bit longer.. I sew & have for 50+ yrs. so I know I measured correctly,, I wish there was a way to get a new chain that's 7 1/2''s long.. I simply can't afford to buy another one right now... The print on the inside is perfect,, everything on it is correct,, It very pretty.. I Love Rose Gold!! The biggest thing it's given me peace of mind!! If something should happen they have info that they need to help me!! It was well worth getting!! I hope in time I can get another with the longer chain,, but it will be a long while till I can,,,,,,,,,

The bracelet is exceptional for the price. Engraving is vivid.When I got it it’s ,too tight. I did measure 6”. It needs a little extra room to be serviceable. I don’t know if I can get an extra link or I need to order a new one chain. If I should swell up I don’t think I’ll be able to wear it.Mine even came with a tool that helps get the bracelet on. I hope to buy more after using this for a while.

I am typically not one to write reviews on products but I was disappointed to see that the bracelet has changed. I bought one previously and LOVED the quality. I needed to add something or I’d keep my old vs the new one…The chain is not the same along with the medical alert plate.

But the sizing was way too small.The seller was responsive and worked with me to rectify the issue. Seller was very easy to work with, so I am revising my review to five stars.Please note when ordering this item, don’t use your standard wrist measurement—-be sure to measure according to the website instructions and compensate for the length of the ID tag plate in your sizing before ordering.—————-It such a shame, because I really liked the way this bracelet looks and feels. But I’m going to return it.I am a size 6”, so that is what I ordered. However, the 6” in this bracelet does not fit my wrist. It is quite tight and uncomfortable on my wrist. And it is impossible to flip over—-it cuts off my circulation. I am disappointed.If you decide to order this product, size up a full size from your normal size, otherwise it won’t fit. The sizes on this bracelet run ridiculously small!
