why? i've used this product for a few years ... the newer "smart pump" is a distaster!! please stop producing this "stupid" pump!!

I love the product too but this stupid pump only works on half of the bottles I have purchased recently. I can see which way it faces, but it remains locked even in the open position. It's enough to make me look elsewhere (unless I can find this lotion with the older plunger). Very sad. I've used this for years.

We don't use Diethyl phthalate (DEP), which is used to mix fragrance ingredients. We hope this helps.

Is this some very good lotion and do it keep your skin Moisturize and soft and do it have a nice smell

I think it is a good lotion, and I don't mind the smell, but thats a personal thing as to whether you'd like it or not. I use it daily and it keeps me moisturized and soft without feeling greasy, so I like it.
