It isn’t too hot!
This is currently my favorite sauce. Very citrusy, umami, ghost pepper flavor with a lot of depth, but definitely not death-defyingly hot. It’s not a one trick pony. Great to add into ketchup or Mayo. It would obviously be a great marinade for chicken.
