Amazing
I'm in the process of reading all of Peter's books (currently read 8). I'm in love with his style of writing and his occasional application of scientific evidence. As a student of the biosciences it's reassuring to see data used in this way. These books are helping me a lot with my anxiety and in re-establishing a discipline that I once had but now with better foundation. 'The Power of Self Discipline' follows a similar pattern to the other books in this series in that it evaluates the core principles behind habitual discipline as well as the exact actions we can take to go about achieving it. I overall couldn't imagine a series of books helping me more than these have, this being my favourite. 5 stars from me.

decent
There was a lot of good nuggets within here, however it was repetitive. There were also typos throughout and the audible narration skipped out sentences.

The best book on the subject I've come across
I've read dozens of self-help and productivity books but nothing improved my self discipline like this one. I have ADHD, meaning only the most effective systems, mental models, habits and frameworks stick. I've tried dozens and most falter eventually, but this book doesn't. It hits the mark better than anyone else with a detailed breakdown of self-discipline. It explains that the roots of intertia are deeper than habits or life hacks and contains practical, to-the-point explanations and advice. My self discipline and wellbeing have benefitted immensely from this book.

A quick read with some good tactics
This book is a relatively quick read that underlines some basic tactics to use in order to increase your self-discipline. It is perfect for new readers, albeit for a handful of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors that could potentially confuse. Having read through this book and highlighting key points along the way. I now have a series of potentially influence statements and small tactics to help me in my task to become disciplined. For future books, please take extra care in reviewing and revising content in order to make your books stand out. Because for that reason I won’t be looking to purchase anymore.

Molto interessante e utile!
