Altruist Moisturising Fluid 0.5% Hyaluronic Acid for Face, 50ml

I’m in my 60s and have used all sorts of creams, oils, butters lotions and potions since childhood but nothing has come close to this lotion. This lotion is truly a gem. It leaves my skin moisturised without feeling greasy. It absorbs quickly and there is no detectable scent natural or otherwise. Dare I say it: but my skin feels as smooth and silky as my grandkids. I have no regrets and hope the good Dr continues to produce this product as it’s affordable, stands upright and emerges from the tube smoothly. My only criticism is that the end of the tube is a tad sharp.

I usually do not leave reviews unless something I buy either is very poor or in this case is excellent. I honestly cannot believe how effective this hand cream is. It literally turned the clock back on my dry, wrinkly and looking old before their time hands. As a midwife I am constantly needing to wash my hands with liquid soaps that are not in any way friendly to hands, which has resulted in my mine looking like they belong to someone in their 80s. I was so self conscious of them. Literally after the 1st use of this cream the years fell away from my hands. I couldn't believe it. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. But trust me guys this cream absolutely works wonders. It is so easy to apply, it absorbs into the skin really quickly, leaving them feeling soft and mousterised and not greasy or sticky, like some creams do. You only need the smallest drop, so it will last a while. The dry, crepey skin that covered the back of my hands disappeared in an instant and my hands feel great instead of feeling like I've got papyrus coating them. You honestly will not regret buying this hand cream if you have dry and prematurely wrinkled hands......now all I need is a miracle face cream that'll work like this hand cream does 😁.

This is a light face cream - goes on and absorbs very easily with no apparent residue sitting on the skin. I am very sensitive to perfumes and chemicals and I have used this moisturiser on my face with absolutely no problems. Great value product and good to know it is dermatologically tested and produced by a reputable organisation doing good works. One note - it is not a heavy duty moisturiser - more for slightly dry/normal skins. I love its

My hands are bad shape. I wash my hands so much due to my job, and they were starting to look old and dry no matter what cream I used. This is more like a gel-cream consistency. Feels velvety soft and moisturises so well. My hands immediately look better when I put it on, and it sinks in slowly and stays moisturised for ages. I even used it on my heels and elbows, feels great. I'll definitely be buying again!

I have terrible dry hands. Most likely due to hypothyroidism. Ive been using this at night with cotton gloves. What a massive difference in 1 night. My hands were smooth. I wouldn't use this during the day as it is really greasy. Definitely more of a use at night hand cream. You won't be disappointed using this.

I am a chronic picker of my dry cuticles (disgusting I know). I've tried to stop over the years and this hand cream is the only one that has moisturised my hands enough to help. There's no scent. Doesn't feel greasy. It's great!

This is the best cream I have used for dry hands. I would definitely recommend this it has taken away the dryness in my hands and they feel soft and smooth
