TEXAS STAAR Test Prep: 7th Grade Math Practice Workbook and Full-length Online Assessments: STAAR Study Guide (STAAR Redesign by Lumos Learning)

I purchased this book for my rising 7th grader for summer practice and to identify gaps we could work on. I like it how this book has sections for major topics instead of mixing them all in the practice because this way, I could easily identify in which areas he needed more practice and it gave him a sense of accomplishment that he did 100% in some so we knew which areas to focus on for the online practice tests. I normally purchase several different types of Math books to cover as many areas as possible and this book seems to be a good purchase with useful content, geared toward a specific test but I have no way to tell how well the practice tests mimic the STAAR test because I'm not a teacher. The price point is a little above average from my perspective. That's why I'm giving 4 stars.
