I have been buying these for YEARS! They are SO great! A friend of mine at my kids school got me on to these years ago, and honestly I haven't been sick in years. They are easy to take, and a GREAT price! And these REALLY do work. I'm a teacher and have been teaching for 5 years. The first year of teaching is BRUTAL. You're sick constantly, and it feels like there's no end in sight of feeling well. I'm not kidding when I say that they are like magic. I take them a month before we start school, and literally if I'm remotely feeling under the weather. This stuff usually kicks it pretty immediately. I'll never not have a bottle readily available in my home. They're on an every 6 month subscription, and I buy them if I run out beforehand. HIGHLY recommend these to everyone.

I’ve suffered from cold sores since the times I’ve been in 8th grade. So many weeks of my life were spent in embarrassment, misery and excruciating pain... anyone who has cold sores can relate. I spent so much money on topical product, read millions of “what to do when you have a cold sore” articles, went so far as to put nail polish remover and tea tree oil on my cold sore to dry it up and shrink it. Yes, I actually put nail polish remover in my mouth. But when you’re desperate, you’re desperate It was about five years ago that I discovered this miracle supplement! Any time that I start to feel that’s known “tingling” I whip this out of my purse. When I have a cold, and my immune system is down (generally when cold sores emerge) I load up on lysine! When I feel that tingle, I generally take three tablets, in the morning, and three at night, and that’s enough to stop the cold sore from erupting or showing! In the off case that I do get a cold sore, because I don’t catch the early symptoms, I take 3 pills in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 3 at night. This takes the normal, nearly two week process, and speeds up up to a couple days. It even lessens the throbbing pain. There are times when I take more, but I will warn, that this can seriously mess up your stomach. You’ll have excruciating pain if you take too much, and you’ll spend your day in the bathroom. I’ve only gone to this extreme when I’ve had an event and I needed the cold sore gone fast! The pill size of this brand is great! I’ve tried other brands that were triple the size and tasted awful. These goes down smooth and have no taste. If you suffer from any type of cold sore, you NEED this product!

This product is simply amazing! I have been in an intensely stressful situation for the past two weeks. I was so stressed that I didn't sleep for two days. I promise you that normally my stress results in a cold sore within one or two days into a stressful environment. Then ill use three or so vacation days just to hide from the world because my lip swells a great deal and looks and feels disgusting. When I felt the stress coming I started taking this product three times a day. This product saved me!!! I felt the itch deep inside my lip but no sore appeared. The greatest tribute is when I did not sleep for two days and yet no sore appeared! I wish I would have found this product years ago. For me too speak so highly of any product it must perform. If not I have no problem giving lower ratings. I do NOT take this product daily. I MAY consider taking one a day. I WILL ALWAYS take this product when I feel stressed enough that a cold sore may appear. This is the first time I used this product. I am still amazed at how it prevented a mega cold sore from appearing which allowed me to still go to work and do other things in public to pass the time until the stressful situation dissipates. One last word of advice... !!! BUY THIS PRODUCT !!! UPDATE I have not had a single cold sore since I found this product! If I notice intense stress I take one. When I feel my lip begin to tingle I take one two or three times for a day or two. I am absolutely amazed by this product and wish I had known about it years ago. I used lots of sick leave just to hide for a week due to the intensity of my cold sore. I gave this product to a friend who had just developed a cold sore. You could barely see it after two days. It was totally gone in three days. BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! I have lost over ten thousand dollars in sick leave due to cold sores! I have not taken sick leave due to a cold sore since purchasing this product. This product is one of the best investments I have ever made.

My doctor told me I needed this to help with my immune system. Just take a few a day, it really helps. I use to get bad colds colds that would linger for a month at a time, 2-3 times a yr. I started taking this regularly since June. I had a cold that only lasted less than a week. 2 days of really bad cold symptoms, and after that 2-3 days to the cold to be completely gone. This stuff works for immune system. Can't say for cold sores, never had any, but overall immune system, it works It doesn't hurt to try.

Might be the only thing that keeps me from getting sick

1st of all this pill is a little larger than normal (not huge, but like a vitamin). This product is very good for the cost and very easy to swallow. I take one very day to colds, flu, and COVID away and to keep my skin looking healthy (it makes your skin feel sooo smooth) and the quality of the product is so good... It is odorless garlic... I always wanted to take garlic for my cholesterol and heart health, but it was so smelly and comes through your pores, but this is truly odorless. You do have a good feeling of overall health while taking this supplement. This tablet is very functional to take everyday abd and not walk around smelling like garlic 🧄. I take everyday and always keep a supply on hand.

This is the best lysine supplement ever! If I get a cold sore it dries it up overnight if I take a 5,000 mg. dose (5 pills) I highly recommend it!
