This product is well designed. It looks great, just as we hoped. When the valance arrived, we discovered that our blinds track was a non-standard size and the included brackets did not fit. Customer service went above and beyond to help us to the right solution. Now we're happy with the aesthetic of our kitchen slider.

Instructions for measurements were precise and easy to follow. Ordered 3 valances of various sizes and each was a perfect fit. Installation was just as easy. The valances make my nearly 20 year old blinds look like new window treatments.

Putting it together with side returns was a breeze. The clips for the venetian blinds are hidden behind the valance. Unfortunately, the clips provided for vertical blinds are numerous and very visible for a 77" railing that holds the vertical blinds which the valance is attached. It really is very distracting and ruins the sleek look and appearance this valence potentially has. You can see one of the clips in the first picture. In the second picture I cut off the tabs top and bottom of the clip and added command strips to the face of the remaining clip and then to the back of the valence itself. This worked fairly well and I was able to achieve a clip free look. I left the one on the left, because the return on that side would sag a little with the command strips and the return on that side fell away from the wall. A wall brace would be a nice added feature that would have taken care of that sagging. The corners where the return and main front face of the valence also could use a little tightening. The fit is a bit suspect leaving a small void at that outside corner.

Perfect. I measured as stated and it fit perfectly. High quality material and clips fit in the track of the existing blinds. Took me 5 minutes to install. Exactly what I needed.

I actually wanted these3 to fill an unsightly void between new "zebra shades " and top of window opening I am going to try to post a pic-although made to finish "blinds" it was easy enough for an old man 73 yo- with a glue gun, to get the BEST results,I have bought cornices before and I was able to get EIGHT! Two 48 wide -2.5 in high 1.5 inch from wall for $33. each, two 48 long about $36.00 each filled the whole room where What I use to pay for one over a $150.00 each in past--six- 23 in wide

This item appears in the photo to be a custom cornice. All it is ,in my opinion, is a very expensive piece of modified baseboard molding that needs assembling. I purchased because of the high reviews, however, I’m not happy with this purchase at all. No returns because it’s a custom cut. Stuck with this. Glad that, I only ordered one to test it. The packaging was excellent. Strong, firm, packaging, however when I saw the shape and size of the box, I am mediately knew something was not going to work out for me.

It looks great with the vertical blinds on my apartment's sliding door. It really gives it a clean, finished look. Pretty much every apartment I've lived in has had no valance on the slider, leaving the track exposed. It's one of those details that's always overlooked but adding this molding makes such a difference. And it clips on so I can easily take it with me when I move and use it to upgrade my next rental. I'm sure you could make it yourself cheaper but I think the price is fair. Very, very happy with this purchase.
