Can these be used for weight lifting /body building?

Yes. They are flat bottomed with good ankle support if you lace them all the way up and put the Velcro strap over. Be great for deadlifts or anything really. I prefer oly shoes for squats, power cleans, etc.

I wear a size 12 wide what size should i get in mens ?

It is not what you expect anyway ! ... cheap material but if you wear a 12 get a 12

Can these be used for boxing?

Yes my husband has used wrestling shoes for boxing practice before. As for as sanctioned matches, they usually want you in boxing shoes.
