I liked the material quality of that hot bag but it is not warm as it should be..... Doesn't work effectively. I tried too many times but results are same..... I m not that happy

Pathetic
First i had to wait for more than a week for this bag, it wad delayed. When i finally received it, the bag had no gel and it was flat. I couldn't charge it even when it was plugged in for several hours. First they don't send it on time because they don't have the stock and when they finally did, a damaged product wad sent. Extremely disappointed.
