I have read some where that Nilgiri oil can be used for sinus relief and thought of giving it a try. I bought this pack of 2 from amazon and using them with a steamer bought from amazon too. Great results and highly recommended for Sinus and chronic situations.

I mixed about 3ml of Sweet Orange oil with 100ml coconut oil (carrier oil) . Shake well to mix thoroughly and waited for two days to allow the fragrance spread evenly in the mix. I have been using the mix as body oil and I am very satisfied.

I like it's smell and used it for hair

Nilgiris peppermint oil is the best one and pure oil. It worked well for muscle cramps, cold and skin issues. Buy it with no doubt.
