L'Oreal Paris Hair Care Hair Expert Color Vibrancy Nourishing Conditioner, 28 Fluid Ounce

Used all my life and I'm 78.

I usually buy this conditioner but was happy to find it in a larger size. Nice scent, good for color treated hair and reasonably priced.

I like this for daily use. I have hip length hair that is 90% white. I gave up coloring a long time ago. This has a pleasant fruity scent that does not linger on my hair. It makes it manageable without feeling weighted down. It also helps with static flyaways. I have other conditioners I use on the weekends when I have more time. But day to day use? This is quite good.

L’Oréal tends to have pretty good products for what you get at a drugstore. I’ve been using their sulfate-free line for months now, it’s really good stuff. By comparison, this conditioner is pretty average. I color my hair and in the cold weather it gets especially dry. This is not good enough for daily use, it doesn’t moisturize enough if you have dry hair. If you don’t, this may be okay for you.

A year ago, a bad dye job left my hair horribly damaged. I immediately stopped dying my hair, and I've been getting it cut every few months, but there are still a few inches on the ends that look bleached, dried-out and feeling like straw. I didn't have much hope for the bleached-out (white) look, but I was hoping this would make my hair look and feel less like straw and more like real hair. It did that -- and so much more.First, a bit about my natural hair color. It's medium brown, and I (tried to) dye it a light auburn -- a light reddish brown. Instead of dying my hair the desired color, it stripped my hair of *any* color. After one use of this conditioner, my hair is softer, more moisturized and less tangly. But beyond my wildest hopes, the bleached-out ends are looking closer to my natural color. There is no reddish color -- which is what I was trying for a year ago. However, after living with this horrible looking and feeling hair for more than a year, I'm more satisfied with my hair than I thought possible! I'll be buying more of this (and probably adding the matching shampoo).
