Q: Will this fit sleeved cards?

Yes but it depends on the size of the sleeves

Q: will ultra pro sleeves fit in this binder?

Yes, cards sleeved in Ultra Pro sleeves will fit in this binder. Tested with Ultra Pro Eclipse Matte and some of the art style sleeves.

Q: Will I be able to decorate the outside of the book with stickers?

Yes you should be able to. I used a Sharpie on mine and it looks fine.

Q: Do the cards sit back to back on the pages to where they're touching? Or is there a protective layer in between pages so cards are never touching?

No cards dont touch each side of the page is individually sleeved.
