Slow Close Wood Toilet Seat, Quick-Release (Elongated, Natural)

I LOVE this seat. Snap on installation makes it easy to keep clean and has an adjustable slow-close function. No more accidental slamming. Solid wood for a substantial feel. No CHEAP, lightweight plastic.

Overall, very happy with this toilet seat. Although the wood is not real wood, it looks good. It’s sturdy. It does move a little by the fasteners but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Overall good quality of material and feels solid. The soft close is nice. Easy to install. However there's some weird quirks noticed right away that are worth mentioning. Not sure if my toilet is custom or oddly shaped but when putting on the seat, the back two spacers were floating in the air and not coming in contact with the bowl like the front two. After strongly tightening down the bolts, the gap shortened a bit but there's still a couple millimeters of gap. The quick release feature is nice for cleaning but if you put weight on one side, it'll make the quick release pop out of the other side which is unsettling and makes it feel like you've broken the seat. Not sure if this is related to the gap issue of the back white spacers or not. Would be a better design to have the quick release be horizontal instead of vertical or have some sort of locking mechanism so this won't happen by accident.

I did not leave an immediate review for this item as I wanted to use it for a while to see how well it worked and held up. REALLY GLAD I WAITED. Just bought this toilet seat on September 15, 2025 (thats right, 3 whole months ago). The window for return closed in October 2025. With tax, we paid over $50 bucks for this thing, and I just got done PEEING all over the LID and my bathroom FLOOR because the stupid toilet lid will not stay OPEN! When we initially got it, we loved it, even though trying to clean the toilet is an absolute CHORE because when we lift up both the lid and the seat they immediately close. Ok, I reasoned with myself, I guess thats the price we pay for wanting a quiet close seat. Never had one before so we figured apparently thats just what they do. No biggie, I guess. However, NOW, beginning TONIGHT, the LID itself will not stay open on its own. Hence the PEEING all over the lid and my bathroom FLOOR! Give me a break! I should have just gone to home depot and gotten a $9.00 seat! At least I wouldn't have had to deep clean my toilet and floor tonight! Oh, and BTW, tried to get product support but of course, it doesn't have any option for troubleshooting the flippin toilet seat lid not staying open! I am salty right now, to say the very least. Save yourself the problem and just got buy a cheap seat from any home improvement store rather than this thing.

Need to replace a mountain home with a durable, safe and comfortable toilet seat. This seat was easy to install, the weight is good for healthy people and easy to clean. Color looks nature and gives a warm feeling to the bathroom with wood accents.

Nice solid toilet seat with easy/slow close. It does take some time to close but it doesn’t bother me one bit. Love the dark rich brown. Matches my cabinets. Very very easy to install and tighten, my worst pet peeve is a toilet seat that moves. This one won’t. It ain’t goin no where. Very enjoyable to use and comfy. Now I stay even longer in the bathroom on my comfy new seat. Also helpful it’s the color of poop. So it looks clean all the time.

The toilet seat looks great! The installation is not easy. Too many pieces to go on the screw and it still slips. I tightened it as tight as it would go, and it would still slide over to the side when I sat on it and I’m not a heavy person. I have completely taken it off three times and reinstalled it and after sitting on it a couple of times it starts sliding again. I followed the instructions to a T each time. I have installed 3 toilet seats in my other bathrooms and they have never had this many pieces to put on the screw and they are still fine. Returning this one and getting a simple install.

nice item it matched my cabinets perfect and easy to install with a unique little tightening tool included ... i like the slow lowering of seat and lid so no salmming down if dropped... i do find the hinges are a bit sloppy and allows the seat to move a little bit, but not all that much to be really noticeable.. i think was a bit pricey but all in all a nice item..

Nous ne sommes que deux adultes et nous avons acheté ce siège parce que nous aimions l’idée qu’il se ferme plus doucement. Après seulement un mois et le mécanisme ne fonctionne plus. Je n’ai aucune idée comment je peux contacter le vendeur car ça fait maintenant un peu plus de un mois que nous l’avons acheté. Donc vendeur, manifestez-vous svp! Est-ce réparable ou est-ce qu’il y a une garantie? Merci! C’est décevant.
