Didn't really notice any strength gains, but it has helped in recovery.did 2 weeks with a dose of 500mg and now currently running 1000mg.

I’ve been taking these since 2nd of November, almost a month in and I’m lifting far heavier than previously, I’ve gained 10kg whilst keeping the same body fat %I’d highly recommend a dose of 2 tablets once a day or 1 twice a day. 500mg per dayI’ve not had side effects that I’ve noticed, I have had a few colds but I’ve felt like I could push through whilst on these, which I haven’t done before. Seemed to effect my heart rate. Within about 30 mins of taking it my heart rate increased by about 10-20 bpm according to my samsung watch. Maybe noticed some extra energy during workouts but also noticed my heart beating way faster than normal. Getting scarily high on minimal exertion. Weirdly I had a few nights of really good sleep but then one night where my heart was racing and took ages to slow down.I persisted for about a week or so but the racing heart rate was a bit scary and I didn't notice much if any positive effect on my workouts. All calmed down within a day or so of stopping the tablets.

After 3 days I started to get really fatigued. I needed to nap at lunch and supper and went to bed early. Very restless sleep and woke up feeling like I could go back to bed. This continued for the 4 weeks I took it. Lost strength and mojo, got grumpy and could not function due to tiredness. Stopped taking it and felt much better after afew days. Nasty stuff!
