Perfectly crafted lifting hooks for max weight lifts!
These hooks are extremely functional and very well made. I cannot emphasize how well made they are! I started suffering from tennis elbow which was impacting my ability to lift upper body. My physical therapist suggested that I remove any exercise that required me to 'grip' a weight close handed, which is a large majority of exercises. I had always been against hooks/straps, with the thought that you want to increase grip strength my doing the work yourself. But after taking a month off lifting and wanting to avoid re-injuring myself, I'm incorporating these into my workouts. Here's what I love... 1 - they are very easy to put on. I've used straps and, once you get the first around the weight, getting the second is a challenge. These Velcro straps are put on with ease and because the hooks move, it makes it very easy. 2 - great padding & support. The amount of padding in these hooks is outstanding. At the end of the day, that's one of the biggest requirements in a set of hooks - decent padding so you don't rip apart your hands when the tension of the weight in the hook pulls against your hand/wrist/skin. 3 - hook spacing. I'm a 5'3, petite woman with small hands. I've used my husbands hooks a few times and they are gigantic on my writs and fitting into my hand. But these hooks fit me perfectly. They also hook perfectly around all dumbbells, cable attachments, barbells, assisted pullups, etc. And, they come with a nice carrying case so that all of your other gym equipment doesn't get wrapped around the hooks. Well done, Lifting Lab! Well done!

Wish I had bought these sooner!
These hooks work great! I can lift so much more for dead lifts and upward barbell rows. I have even used them on TX straps to lift my body weight. They are comfortable and have shorter straps for thinner wrists. They will however crab onto your clothes, so wear close fitting shirts and pants/shorts!

Helps isolate back muscles, good for delicate hands, good for pull-up training
Good for people with delicate hands. Lifting hooks were recommended to me because I wanted to strengthen my back muscles. I kept having problems with my hands blistering and getting sore, causing me to cut training short before my back muscles were fatigued. I also got these because my biceps kept overcompensating during back workouts, making it more of a bicep workout than a back workout. I also got these because I'm training my back muscles to get better at pull-ups. Instead of focusing on grip and the blisters, I can really isolate back muscles with these hooks and get the technique down. They are snug, sturdy, adjustable, made for small wrists and hands. Only slight negative part was after using them for an hour, the wrist straps started to irritate my skin. I might need to adjust them to a more comfortable tightness or loosen them during rest periods between lifts. Also the neoprene material on the wrist straps made my wrist sweat, which caused some chaffing and irritation. Overall, a very nice product. I was really able to isolate the muscles in my back and see some great muscle definition. I'm excited to continue using them, as the benefits outweigh the cons.

Life Saver!
OK I normally don't write reviews for anything but I have to say, these things are pretty awesome. I am a newer fitness instructor who recently came down with a pretty severe case of tendonitis in my hands/wrist/forearms. I had never seen anything like this but my husband told me about them and after reading the reviews I thought it was worth a shot. I used them for the first time tonight and I am so happy! I was able to get through my entire workout with zero pain. I also felt like I was able to target my muscle groups much better. Most notably when doing rows I could really feel my back muscles working. Seeing as how this is my job, these have really saved me. I haven't been able to properly work out for a few weeks and tonight I feel like I really got a good workout in. I only have one sort of negative thing to say and that is I wish that the hooks were either black or skin colored so they aren't so noticeable. I felt a little bit dorky haha but with the pain gone I don't care!!!

Wrist Strap Not What It Looks lIke
A little disappointed. I needed a second pair and thought these would be cute, being pink and all. The overall design of these is good, the wrist strap is only 1.75 inches wide, which pulls on the wrist more that it supports, especially if you have small wrists. The photos appear to have a wider strap than mine, so I am surprised mine are so narrow. These will have to go back and I'll go back to my brand.

Great product with only short term use.
I truly try to only write positive reviews but sadly this one will not be. I bought this grip helper because my right hand needed the extra support. I started very very happy with the product but the wear and tear on the Velcro turned my feeling very fast. In less then 6 months both of the grips Velcro have giving in (and I only used it on my right side so each for 1/2 the time). I understand that is would wear out but this was ridiculously quickly!!!!!

WOW for pulling power and hand relief! *Plus the best customer service
I wanted to take a moment and write a review about this product. I was a little skeptical until I saw a similar one in use. There are a few product types out there, but I am so glad I picked this one. *They're also pink! I struggle with lat pull-downs and rows and the oh so fun deadlifts. I have small hands and muscles that want to ignore them. Stepping up in weights while doing RPT, wasn't going along with my small and rather weak hands. THESE made this possible and literally the first use in the gym I was able to increase my weight on the appropriate back exercise because I could "hook in". There was a small defect in my first pair. *really more cosmetic. WOW were they amazing to me - directly from Lifting Labs and whaaaala, problem solved. Prompt, courteous and amazing product (with gains on the way), how can you go wrong. Thank you for your product, excellent service and cheers to future muscle growth! Mish

Small weak hands
I looked at several reviews before ordering this band they arrive as ordered and I couldnโt wait to get to the gym to test them out. I struggle with Lat pull down and it was much easier with the weightlifting hooks, then I tried them using the seated row with a close grip bar and it made the exercise so much better. I highly recommend these hooks
