This butcher paper is perfect for smoking brisket. You know, there are lots of choices in brick and mortar stores. For instance, my local hardware store carries the biggest name in smokers. They sell the branded butcher paper for 125% more for the same thing as I bought on Amazon. The only difference is the logo printed on the paper.

I use this to wrap boxes for mailing. I love it. The color is cute and the size is perfect. The cutter edge isn't a great as it could be, but I love it anyway.

I use this on my smoker, in place of foil, to smoke various meats. It works great. Comes on a generous sized roll. It keeps my food juicy while smoking. Good value!

Quality, easy to use, performance

This is a great paper for smoking meats in our pellet smoker. There's a definite difference when wrapped in butcher paper versus aluminum foil. The butcher paper meats always retain great moisture and seem to be more tender. The sturdy box makes it easy to use because it has a cutting edge.
