There is just one long speaker, but the sound quality is excellent.

Will this work with TCL TV?

If your TV has either an optical audio connector or rca jacks, you can connect it. The optical connection is the best.

Just have to physically be connected to the TV or can it work by Bluetooth?

I have the sound bar and have connected to my Samsung TV that also has Bluetooth. However I need to reconnect it every time I turn on the TV and it does not always work easily.. I'd give it an irritation factor of 7 out of 10 but a 10 out of 10 on making the dialogue more understandable to my old ears. I have mine mounted over my headboard with no wires and I love it.
