How wide are the spatulas?

They are standard artists spatula width. I recommend going with a better brand, like Blick, as these aren’t truly stainless steel, cheap and don’t flex. You pay postage and you can have my old set for free. Ken

Can this safe to use on food, I needs one of this small spatula for cake other for painting.

Would these be good enough for simply separating watercolor paper from the pad?
