Don't Buy
Bought this product from Amazon, both haven't worked, also had another two 10GB. Currently in the Three Phone shop in Oxford Street, London speaking with Shabbir the Assistant Manager who can't help. He said that Three recall batches of sim cards from time to time making them invalid. So be warned, if you buy now and intend to use later they probably won't work. This is the first time it's happened to me but has caught me out with four brand new SIM cards, such a waste of money.Amazon don't do refunds for this, they tell you to visit the Three website which isn't any help. You'd think going into the physical Three store they'd be able to help and load it but they've tried to wash their hands of any accountability and been quite useless saying sorry there is nothing we can do but you can call out customer service if you want.Highly recommend using different from now on. Would have given this a zero if there was an option to.

Excellent SIM for travelling around Europe
I have only good opinions about this SIM. I bought this SIM travelling to Europe and I activated the SIM being in Netherlands with no problems at all (just insert SIM and you receive your new number and data pack in a few minutes). I used it all around Europe including UK, with the best cost - benefit ratio and a great service. The internet service is good, reaching connection in 4G and 5G most of the time, depending on the country. There are some inconveniences to call and receive calls, I suppose it's due to being connected to roaming networks, but overall service is good. One last thing, when travelling abroad, remember to activate roaming on your phone.

Both Cards worked perfectly
Ordered a 10Gb and 30Gb card for a trip to UK and Germany. Shipped to US, arrived on time. Activated both cards in the US prior to the trip. Within 30 seconds of turning on phone, got a text that included the phone number. Logged into Three app and could verify that each card had the proper amount of data. Was great to have our numbers before traveling so that we could give to airlines / hotels / family members, etc ahead of time. I was worried that if the card wasn't activated in UK that something wouldn't work right, but it was great. If you activate before the trip, be aware that it expires 30 days later, so don't activate too early. I did confirm that both cards could connect to 4G since I read some negative reviews about that. I guess we got lucky. Highly recommend!

Poor data in the USA and no Hotspot
I should of read the small print! This SIM does not allow Hotspot tethering in the USA and even if it did the data is so slow it's not worth bothering with. Probably OK in the EU but a waste of money for me :-(

Poor network coverage in UK and Abroad
Poor network coverage in UK and AbroadI bought this after reading on a money saving website that it was the best for roaming. As soon as I received and activate it I noted the network coverage whiles here in the UK was very poor. However, I was hopeful that when abroad (I went to the USA) as the connection would be with the 3rd party network it would improve. To my disappointment this wasn't the case. When I manage to logon to the network (either T-Mobile or Verizon) it was still a "hit and miss", mostly "miss". My main purpose for needing the roaming was to have internet whiles I'm out and about for navigation, chatting etc. but I couldn't rely on this roaming so I was force to find an offline navigation App and download the maps I needed. But it also means I couldn't communicate as I had very limited or no connection most of the time.I bought a 30GB data pack and only get to use about 600MB not because of low usage but the network. I will not be recharging this SIM at all.If your sole purpose for buying this is same as mine, then don't. Waste of money.
