Very good sock
I normally buy work (office) socks at big box retail stores, and they never seem to last plus there is a ton of lint.I have been wearing these socks for a few weeks now. They fit beautifully, and have not shrunk in the washer/dryer.There was only a tiny amount of lint, and the dryer caught that the first time through. No loose strings or crap coming out of the seams like the cheap retail socks. They are very comfortable and breathe well.At this point I cannot comment on how long they will last. However, my wife also wears Rayon socks and she said hers have lasted for years. That was a large part of my reason for buying these socks.

wearing well, look and feel good
These are dress socks by my standards, a bit thin than expected, but they fit well, especially around the calf, and are wearing well; they look and feel good, too. I've worn Gold Toe socks for years with great results, and the toe reinforcement on these socks seems every bit as good as on the heavier socks.

These feel GOOD to me
I wear a size 11.5 shoe. The manufacturer of most socks say the size 6-12 or 10-12 socks are what I should ware. However, I find that at the end of the day my toes heart. Admittedly, I have some nerve damage in my feet and that contributes to the problem. However, I have found that the size 13-15 socks, since they are not so tight, leave my feet feeling better at the end of the day. Also, the over the calf length of these socks is just the thing when I am wearing my boots. My sock drawer is being purged in favor of these Gold Toe Extended size socks.

Well made and Fashionable Socks, but Fit VERY TIGHT around Calves!
I would love to give these socks a higher rating because I love the quality of them and they are quite good looking too. The material they are made out of is nice and comfortable, and I was happy to find this extended size size I wear a size 13 shoe. That being said, it blows my mind that these "extended" size socks fit extremely tight around my skinny calf. I'm a tall guy with skinny legs, and these socks feel like they are cutting off the circulation in my legs. Ironically, they fit great in the foot, where as normal socks are tight in the foot, but I've never had an issue with normal socks fitting so tightly around my calf either.Hoping they will stretch out after several washes and much wear, but so far still pretty tight after 2 weeks of use.I also received the wrong color of socks, but Amazon told me it was a wrongly shipped item, not an issue with the picture. Hopefully others will correctly receive the khaki colored socks in the picture as the ones I got were shades of grey instead!

Magical Socks
I'm speculating here, but the gold in the front of the sock may be made from unicorn hair. It's the softest sock I have ever worn. I've considered that the pack I received was magical. Since I first put on a pair, women have been attracted to me. "Nice socks, here's my phone number" is how it's been working. The bottom of the socks are made of some sort of virgin fur that is magical to the touch. When the ladies start rubbing the bottom of the socks...IT'S ON. I once wore two pairs at the same time and the results doubled! A yoga instructor, and buttocks model approached me at the bar, within minutes they were both buying me drinks and touching my socks. I told them I had a third pair back at my place, and HIZZAH! Once I put the third pair into the mix back at my place the girls were all mine. Trust me, these are the socks to wear on a Saturday night fellas. I'm not sure where Gold Toe has enslaved these unicorns to extract the hair from, but I'm working on finding them. Once I do, I'll need help to free them and take their power so that we can knit socks that are fully gold. Let me know if you are in.

What bamboo?
I am a huge fan of bamboo socks, and I have many other pairs of rayon from bamboo socks. I buy them because they are soft, absorbent, and help my feet not stink. Usually, I feel like they are too thick, so I was eager to try these when I saw they were thinner. However, these were uncomfortable, scratchy, and certainly not soft. I returned them.

Great gold toe socks for large feet
I have size 14 feet so finds socks in Xl can be an issue - these are great feel and wear well.Only problem I thought that all three pair were straight black but two have a slight pattern

Fits exactly as expected. Seems durable enough
I haven't yet had the chance to wash and wear them again, but for the first go they've been pretty great. I'm usually in the 10-11 range for shoes so I had no problems at all with these. 95% of the time I wear dark-ish jeans with brown boots, so these are perfect to avoid showing skin if I decide to cross my legs. What can I say, they're (good) socks.

An old man's ALMOST SECRET GUIDE to taking care of socks!
Smart looking socks and I really like the colors; I even bought a second set. They fit my size 14 D feet perfectly. I'm 70 yrs. old and buy Gold Toe practically always because they are consistently of high quality and good value for the prices. These are light and dressy. Sweat socks (work socks or whatever they're called now) are over used by practically everyone. Now I know there's someone out there just waiting to state the opposite after reading this, as it seems to be it's a sign of the times. Never, ever, wear a pair two days in a row, or at home, wear slippers(or you can wear your grubby socks), the extra sweat is what really kills socks, along with extra friction from carpets. Clothes dryers are really big killers for the longevity of socks. Never dry socks on maximum heat for cryin' out loud! Use a lower cycle for them, they should be still slightly damp and just spread them around atop of the bed, then in no time they'll be dry and last a considerable length more (I have two cats who think that's bigger deal than catching a mouse and have a party). Also, it's a scientific fact that some dryers eat socks and are never seen again. Also, most wives and girlfriends are the sky wars villains of the sock universe and don't know how to take care of men's socks. Fold them! DON'T stretch and pull, then push pair into a stuffed ball. Why is every woman committed to doing that? The sock's micro elasticity is screaming for help and a rescue. I own about 60 pairs of socks of various prices, not bragging, but this old guy washes the whole lot every couple of months and with that amount I get a good wash and never on hot (WARM) or mix with other clothing, this reduces lint and discoloring (do the same for underwear). Never wash socks with jeans and the like, then throw in dryer. The jeans beat up the socks in the washer and then insult to injury, into the dryer. I don't think anyone would want that kind of beating. Some of my socks are expensive and the tailor made me sign a waiver to take good care of them. Every four years or so, I give away the whole lot while everything is still in decent condition, then buy again, this way I'm not always shopping for socks and underwear. I really hate doing laundry frequently and I refuse to get married again. Hope that you've got a sense of humor and that I've been of some help!

Terrific quality which is very appreciated by someone who has ...
These are a Christmas gift and I am rating based on previous purchases of the same brand in larger sizing 14+. Terrific quality which is very appreciated by someone who has trouble finding socks that fit and that truly last. Willing to pay the extra money for quality.
