This works great with my new MacBook Pro with touch bar. This computer only features USB-C ports, and I wanted something that would allow me to connect my computer to the TV so I could stream content from the internet onto my television. This adaptor works great and I have no complaints.

Does not work with new Macbook Pro computers as advertised. If I use the Apple HDMI adapter, the monitor works. If I use this adapter, nothing happens. I wouldn't buy this for a Macbook Pro 2016.

This thing was flaky from the start. I should have returned it, but I could get it to connect after tinkering with it for a minute or two, then it became four or five minutes. The signal to the monitor would just stop - more tinkering. Then, 3 weeks after I could return it, it died. The construction is terrible. Both ends were coming off and had to be re-seated frequently. Apparently, Amazon has no concern for quality control as this is not the first experience like this. Note to self: shop somewhere else first.

It was Dead on Arrival (DOA). I could not get it to connect to the LAN. Other USB-C/Ethernet adapters worked fine.Returned it to Amazon for a refund so I can try a different brand.

It does NOT work with the 950/950XL as advertised. After plugging it into the phone, an error message come up stating "Your USB device ran into a problem." When looking up the error code it says, "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)".This is the 2nd such USB-C to HDMI adapter I have purchased from a different manufacturer and they both produce the same error. Also, rebooting the phone causes it to hang when the adapter is plugged in. A soft reset of the phone is required to reboot it again. I will be returning this for my money back.

Did not work with a MacBook Pro. The face plate fell off almost immediately.

Casing came loose/undone after a few usage. It still worked, but I returned it because It had come undone after such a short period of time.

Not so good. Need to connect and disconnected a couple of times to make it work. Lumia 950.
