I have a friend who collects insect pins, but I did not think she had a Cicada pin. The colors in the picture were so beautiful and the cost was very affordable for a friend's gift. The pin was absolutely beautiful when I received it, so I was not disappointed at all. When I gave it to my friend, she loved it and lovedthe colors. She wore it the next time we played Bridge and it looked very nice on her outfit.

As a kid I grew up looking for and collecting the shells that cicadas left behind when they hatched out. It is one of my fondest memories. When I saw the pin and how beautiful it looked I really wanted to have it as a physical reminder of a wonderful childhood. For the price I wasn't sure of the quality. I was very pleased that it has the quality and look of expensive jewelry. I've been in "stay at home" mode and not going anywhere to wear it, but once I feel comfortable in going out in public I can't wait to show it off.Thank you!! Stay safe and well. <3

I stumbled upon this cute pin. My family are avid campers, and we thoroughly enjoy all that nature offers. This Cicada pin was adorable. I liked it so much, I ordered 3 more for family and friends. The pin is colorful and sturdy. It works great by itself on a top, jacket, hat or bag. I expect to use it for many years.

Because of the price, I was expecting something a little on the tacky side, but this is really very pretty! It doesn't feel cheap or poorly made. The colors are vibrant. It feels like a nice quality pin. Next year, my location will experience the 17-year brood, and I had thought this would be an interesting pin for that, but it's much more than I expected. It really is a nice, sparkly, well-made piece.
