Total perfection and fun!
I own many Rösle kitchen products; the garlic press, Rösle Crosswise Swivel Peeler, can opener, and cheese knives are essentials to me; the julienne peeler however, is a luxury, must have item, it quickly, flawlessly and effortlessly stripes cucumbers, carrots, Daikon radish, zucchini, potatoes and anything solid. It cuts like a hot knife in butter. I have quite a few dinner guests come over for dinner and scratch their head trying to figure out how in the world I did that; when (if), I show then they feel they must hunt one down for their own. This is my all time favorite kitchen toy and the quality, well, it's German! All Rosle products are very task oriented and they do their tasks better than any other kitchen products on the market.
