Dear Amazon Customer Support, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a defective product that I purchased from Amazon. Product Name: ZEBRONICS Zeb-Sound Bomb 1 TWS Earbuds (Blue) Date of Delivery: 5 February 2026 From the beginning, one side of the earbuds has not been working properly. Only one earbud is functioning, and the other side either does not produce any sound or the sound cuts off completely. I have tried switching the device off and on multiple times, but the issue still persists. I kindly request you to look into this matter and arrange for a replacement or refund at the earliest.

Best Budget Earbuds
The best earbuds in the price range, I was finding a earbuds for a long time a have ordered many of them from amazon but i did'nt got the quality i wanted but trust when i say when it is in my hands it feels so premium and rigid quality i am super happy after getting this, and i wanted to thanks amazon as well to accept my all previous return too 🤪, but tbh great service by amazon really really appreciated. thank you.
