Its quite an ordeal. Any time you need to break the seal, you break the seal on the costume and it deflates.

at the video, horse doesn't has eyes, is this an issue or just they missed in the video ?

The horse does have eyes. But this costume runs really small and ripped right away when it was tried on.

I have bought 2 of these and they will not blow up all the way. They are droopy and saggy. Why won’t they stay inflated?

Mine would not stay inflated either. I have 3 other inflatable costumes and have never had this problem. I believe part of the problem is where the fan is located but this is just a guess. Sorry I can’t help you.
