this is product is great at training your diaphragm and helping you take deeper breaths. my recently sedentary lifestyle (thanks covid!) allowed my breathing to get really lazy, and these shallow breaths are not helping my new workouts.this handy little breath trainer is effective in two ways. first, you become more conscious about breathing and the timing of your breaths. second, after two weeks, you are noticeably taking deeper breaths and getting less winded while jogging.this particular style is a bit more expensive than cheap knock-offs, but it works much better than than the less expensive one i tried!
