Was this kit supposed to come with pin boots for the front mine did not thanks

Pin boots are not included with these pads.

Why does it advertise them as front and then say rear in the specs?

It's a misprint. I bought these and installed them on my 2010 Dodge. They are the front.

Do the pads for both sides come in the box ?

Yes one set of brakes. Not front and back. Just left side and right side. Four pads in the box.
