This gate was exactly what I needed for my bulldog puppy. She had climbed the stairs on her own and took a tumble, so I wanted something to keep her safe without making it inconvenient for us. I love that it’s low enough for the adults to simply step over instead of having to unlatch a gate every time we go up or down the stairs. Installation was incredibly easy since it came as one piece, and it feels sturdy once in place. It’s been a simple solution to a big safety concern, and it has held up really well. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone with a young puppy or small dog.

We purchased this gate in order to keep our pet bangle in because she was figuring out how to get outside her magnetic screen door. So we purchased it and she was able to get out. So we purchased a second one and stagged it on top of the other one. Works great and would definitely recommend. The price is very good on it and it is very durable and does keep the cat in. She's very frustrated LOL

Bought it in February. Worked great for a while. Past two weeks it has been “unlocking” itself. We set it and I assume because the gear and groove system for locking it is plastic, it has worn out and no longer holds for more than 24 hours. Randomly falls.

This works great for my small yorkie. It will keep him safe on our deck and front porch. It looks great up against our house and with our outdoor furniture. We like how the locking mechanism works it’s very easy to latch on and off. It all aligns perfectly and doesn’t appear to cause any damage to our deck. We highly recommend.

It works but it’s not the best quality as it sticks when trying to open and close. However it serves its purpose just wish it was made better for sliding opens and closed. The look is very cute though!
