By far this is the best Cardamom I ever bought . Fresh and delicious. See the pictures below the black moist seeds from this seller compared with the brown dry seeds from the others. Do your own judgement !

Good, flavorful, mostly green
Good, varying sizes and shades but mostly green. Mush fresher than my old dried out pods and delicious in tea. I'd love to find one that were all larger sized pods instead of a mixture but this is the best I've found so far for a reasonable price.

Fantastic for chai no-churn ice cream
I've never used green cardamom nor have I tried chai, but resulting ice cream was fantastic! One guest said that it tasted like Christmas - lol, for a 4th of July dessert! I have no connection to the creator of the recipe or his blog, but if you want to try it order some of this cardamom & search for: theboywhobakes no churn chai ice cream
