Smart Ink Cartridge for HP Printer series 6970
I wasn't sure if ink was what I needed or if my printer was dying and i normally buy the recommended ink brand for my printer. I decided to purchase the Smart Ink Brand because of the price and that it was compatible with my printer just in case it was the printer. Printer was actually fine and these ink cartridges are very compatible. Very affordable, helpful information included in the event I had an issue with my printer not liking the cartridges, and what I liked was that the cartridges are clear so that I can clearly see the ink inside. Definitely recommend you give them a try for your printer. Print quality was great.

Didn't work, they were identified as non-compatible non-original
I have purchased them before and they worked well. I was so happy with them that I purchased another box a couple of months ago to have on hand when needed. I just went to use them on the weekend and the new box of cartridges is not recognised by my HP printer. What has changed?? What can I do? I have googled and tried all the tricks, but my printer still doesn't recognise the chips.

Great product , great customer service !!!
I find this ink just as good or better than the HP ink . I like the fact the cartridges are clear and I can visually see which ink is low visually . I bought a set of this ink and worked great so I bought 2 more . I had an issue with the next inks as I had updated my printer and the printer wouldn’t accept the ink , so I called customer service . I had very little wait time and customer service was excellent at resolving the issue . I highly recommend

Great customer service
I've ordered this before and was fine but this time around for some reason the yellow cartridge wasn't being recognized, so it took a while to figure out how to contact customer service but once I did, they were able to give me a replacement for my issue. Very quick and easy. Thank you alexa. The replacement worked just fine
