I have bought a number of Special Ingredients products in the past but this was my first purchase of their invert syrup. My usual brand was out of stock and as I have never been disappointed by Special Ingredients I was happy to order this to try. The container is extremely practical and one can see how much of the product is left, this might sound trivial but I find it useful to know when I need to place a fresh order. Invert syrup is invert syrup so I imagine that one brand's product is much the same as another. Certainly this variant cooks exactly as anticipated and the texture of ice cream made with this sugar is so much better than that made with granulated or caster sugar.

For price i did assume it was bigger and going by photo I was not expecting the tinkerbell sized item

It’s good but over priced

Great for use in making truffles. Would buy again.
