I purchased this a few months back, and finally took it on a "test run" to Phoenix, AZ recently. Little did I know that by the time of my travel to Arizona, a record-breaking heatwave would be in progress. I followed the instructions for preparing the cooler, packed up my supplies, placed the cooler in my purse, and set off on a two-state drive across deserts, through temperatures as high as 109 degrees. The cooler performed perfectly! It kept my medicine cool not only through the day of the drive, but all through the next day and night as well, at least a good 48 hours. In this case, and as this was a test, it didn't matter if the meds came to room temp as I'd be taking them well before their expiration date, but they were fine. Still, I was pleased and extremely satisfied with how well the cooler worked. 👍🏼👍🏼 It'll be going overseas with me later this year and I'm fully confident that it will perform equally as well.

Expensive, but worth it. This is the only option I found that actually WORKS to keep medication at the right temperature for 12 hours travel. It also fit the number of pens indicated on the product description. I tested this product (and 5 other products) before needing to use it for a 12 hour trip and it was the ONLY one which didn't start out being below 32 degrees F (which risks freezing the medication) and also the only option tested which held the internal temperature below 40 degree F for the entire 12 hour travel. EXCELLENT! Don't waste your time or money on other products which CLAIM keeping medications cool, but fail, and ruin the medication.

Robust and works as advertised. No issues with TSA when traveling by air.

It works well as the temps seem to stay in range for over 24 hours. By the end of 33 hours for which I believe it is rated for, it is still cool but about 10 degrees warmer. I wish it was a bit roomier and maybe a bit more insulated. I need it for trips I take where door to door are at least 30 hours. I still may buy a second one as I need more room when I travel for long trips.

I use this cooler for traveling. It keeps unused insulin fresh and cold for more than a day.

Keeps mounjaro cold for ~36 hours of travel. Holds 4 pens, but snug.

First time I went to use it the lid fell a part.

I've just received my travel cooler and immediately put it to a test with a tiny thermometer popped inside. I'm happy to report that at 48 hours, the temp is still at a perfect 4°C!! This is giving me great peace of mind for my extensive upcoming travels - all that remains now is to get through TSA security without a hitch. Great quality and would highly recommend.

I bought this for a six week trip I will be doing later this year when I will be needing to keep my insulin at fridge temperature (2-8C) in a very hot climate. I tested it out a couple of times to make sure it would keep my insulin at the required temperature for at least 24hrs and am pleased to say that it passed the tests. I can fit 6 pens into it and feel confident that I can travel without fear of my insulin being rendered unusable by not being kept at the right temperature.

Just received the item today and it looks good, however have to use it to ascertain the veracity of all the claims made. Shall update at a later date.
