Will the white part of the imagine be white or clear with this transfer paper for light colour?

How in god's name do you get the backing paper off? I've tried, my wife tried. We've ruined 2 sheets already. I don't want to give it 1 star but help!

I remember just cutting around the picture. Placing it on the fabric and placing the slippery Teflon paper over the print then ironing it at a hot temperature. The Teflon sheet just comes away leaving a well stuck down image. Don’t try to separate the backing and read the instructions carefully.

Is it a sublimation ink, or a dye ink or a dye ink?
