Its advertised to lock a bedroom if you have to use one of these you certainly have something to hide. A good weight, as a retried carpenter the quality is good. The screws are sound, but, the bolt are a little short on length to go through a braced and ledged gate. Easy to fit and works well

Exactly as expected. Same as the top bolt supplied with the gate. This is for the bottom of the gate. Heavy weight and strong. Padlockable too. Good value for money.

Screw heads too soft be prepared to use better quality screws.

UPDATE....... After my last review the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. I said I'd accept half a refund considering I was now using them after straightening them out. I felt bad taking the whole refund. They happily refunded half my cost. Which I thought was fair enough. But unfortunately I cannot go higher than 3 stars because they are flimsy and I suppose I was lucky to straighten them without snapping the locks. Fitted but I had to straighten them out first before I could. As they was bent at both ends of locks. So as long as you don't mind a bit of panel beating work then fine.
