Love these beanies! I am an OAPie now and while I have never described my baby fine fly away hair as my crowning glory it is becoming increasingly less so as I age. Hurrah for winter and woolly pompoms and knitted cloches but they're far too hot for summer (even chilly ones) and these are just the ticket and too nice to be monopolised by those undergoing chemo and they're multi faceted with the option of wearing as a neckwarmer, mask or, if you're lucky enough to have plenty of hair, an alternative means of tying it up (I think - I wouldn't really know with my sparse crop). They also make a great indoor hat. Thinking ahead to winter when you don't really want to be wearing outdoor hats indoors. Actually, I nearly forgot the real inspiration for getting these hats though the others still apply. For over 7 months from December I had been struggling with what we all assumed was detal pain and as Spring sprang towards summer, this was why I looked for casual summer hats. Extraction of two teeth failed to address the problem and I've subsequently been told I have trigeminal neuralgia. It's a standalone condition but commonly associated with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) which I live with. I now take prescribed drugs to deal with this but realise these hats are still useful in hiding bad / poor hair, and quite chique too, imo!

Just what I needed after illness and hair loss. Bought a few of these as the colours are so pretty. Very soft and keep my head both warm and cool depending on the weather. Thourghly recommend

I really like these beanies. The pattern is cute and they are very soft and comfortable. The stay in place really well and are light weight yet warm enough for my head. I love how I can wash and dry them without issue as well.
