I’ve been meaning to do something about my teeth for a while now after years of coffee and some unfortunate years of cigarette smoking, but wanted to research it first bc I have sensitive teeth with lots of fillings. (Didn’t brush enough in my 20s) I noticed results after the second or third treatment, and was very pleased to see noticeable and slow improvement pretty much every time. The key I think is doing them all in succession on a regimen instead of here and there. I started with a coconut oil wash, (oil pulling), which is where you switch coconut oil for 20 minutes (don’t swallow bc it will pull bacteria off your teeth and could make you sick) and then did a floss, brush, mouthwash routine. This gave me good results. It’s a 2 week regimen, I only do the oil pulling at the first one, then just a normal routine each morning, and I would put it on during my commute. Make sure you dry your teeth completely with a paper towel or tissue, it will stick way better. You can keep it on an hour, my teeth never hurt. Sometimes if it gets on your gums (you can avoid this), a white spot will appear at the point of contact, but I never experienced soreness or pain. The bonus super whitening were a nice addition. I have done one treatment so far and am pleased. They are noticeably whiter to me but not to the point where it looks like I had a procedure. I am going to do one more 2 week regimen before the summer and then asses from there. My teeth were moderately discolored. I will try to post results after my second round.

I started using these about a month ago and they were great and then after a month I used the hour long packet and immediately my gums started hurting. It felt as if I had a paper of plastic picking at my teeth. Very painful experience. Maybe for some this might work or maybe I did something wrong? The package recommends that you do 3 treatments a week I would only do two and this happened two days after I had used one treatment. Could have been too soon for my teeth. On a positive note- These strips definitely gave me results from just the first strip! Which amazed me. The application is super simple easy and quick. At first, the strips may feel weird but they are surprisingly comfortable and I am able to speak just fine. The taste is not bad at all which is another great thing. Overall, good experience until obviously something happened. Could’ve have just been my fault though.

This is the CHEAPEST, most effective whitening product I’ve ever used! I’ve tried other major whitening strip brands that are $30-40 and did nothing but make my teeth super sensitive. Haven’t tried coconut oil pulling yet bc of the taste and texture, but this is definitely THE BEST whitening product overall. I will stand on this hill. Personally keep getting asked why my teeth are so white and I credit THIS product plus the baking soda brand whitening toothpaste for daily maintenance. If your teeth are maybe 5+ on the teeth color scale they send you, you might need to get 2 boxes depending on how serious you are about whitening your teeth. I started out at 7 and currently at a 3-4. (I also leave it on for 45+min) This isn’t a permanent whitening solution for your teeth though since the natural color of teeth isn’t pearly sparkling white. Once you get your teeth to the specific color you want, I suggest a treatment biweekly-monthly for upkeep. Again, this is the best overall whitening strip in my experience. In the end, it’s all up to you.

The strips were gentle and effective. I used just 4 applications and my teeth are lighter. My goal isn't to achieve milk white teeth. I will use 1 more application to obtain the shade of whitening I want for myself. I will use the remaining packets for touch up as needed. The good thing is, one can choose how many applications they need to get the results they want. The product is reasonably priced and I would definitely order it again.

This product worked amazingly. Brush your teeth with water first, NOT toothpaste. The floride will stick to your teeth and lessen the whitening. Then breath through your teeth to get them as dry as you can. Then apply. It says to keep it on for 30 mins, but I would recommend 2 hours. Dont eat or drink anything but WATER afterwards. You brush your teeth with toothpaste afterwards. The tooth sensitivity is super minor, so having them on for 2 hours didnt really hurt at all, but the sensitivity proves that its working. Just give it some time to heal afterwards before eating. Could not recommend more! Btw, dont use charcoal or whitening toothpaste, they are lies.

Very satisfied with these strips. I noticed a very notable difference in how much my teeth were whitened. I take very good care of my teeth and always have. I just wanted to see if I could get rid of the very light spots from coffee and wine over the years. Size of these strips could be improved to better fit teeth (they fold over your teeth fine, but they’re small enough that they don’t quite sit flat on your teeth sometimes and can be a little annoying if that bothers you), but great quality & much less expensive than other brands!! Very satisfied and will most definitely purchase again. In my opinion, the size of the strips isn’t enough to deter me from using them. Still accomplished purpose at a fraction of the cost.
