I’ve been really impressed with this TREATLIFE 2-in-1 Outdoor Smart Dimmer Plug. Setup was quick and straightforward, and connecting it to Wi-Fi through the app only took a few minutes. Once connected, it worked exactly as expected. The ability to independently control two outdoor outlets is a huge plus. I use one for patio string lights and the other for landscape lighting, and the dimming feature lets me set the perfect brightness for different occasions. Scheduling and timers are easy to configure, so my lights automatically turn on at sunset and off at bedtime. The plug feels well made and holds up nicely outdoors. It’s been reliable through rain and humid weather, and the weather-resistant cover gives me confidence leaving it outside. If you’re looking for an easy way to automate and dim outdoor lighting without complicated wiring, this is an excellent choice. Reliable, convenient, and packed with useful smart features. Update Nov: reached out to TreatLife directly and they sent a new unit / replacement. Great customer service and the process was easy / quick. Updating my rating back to 5 stars. Update: Just over a month old and plug unit is dead. Can’t even plug in and manually turn on whatever is plugged into it. Disappointed this lasted just over a month given the cost won’t buy again Install was super easy and the Trealife app does exactly what I need it to do… great product so far… more expensive than other units but given the simplicity, worth the extra 10-15$

We got this to simulate sunrise and sunset for the lights in our chicken coup. I first plugged a similar LED lamp into it while in our house and got it all set up. It seemed to work perfectly! I unplugged it, moved it out to the chicken couple, and plugged in the LED light out there. It worked perfectly for two days, then the lights never came back on again. I went out and opened the app, and it says there was no WiFi signal, so it seems this thing does not have any sort of memory or internal clock and needs to be within WiFi range to work. You also need to be in Bluetooth range to connect to it with the app, so this will not work for what we intended. EDIT: I installed a hard-wired access point outside specifically to get this thing working (I figured why not have better WiFi on the property anyway). The dimmer now works MOST OF THE TIME. The problems are now with the app. Four times now, I look outside early in the morning, and the lights aren't on. I open the app to see why the lights aren't on, and it says I don't have any devices paired! I have to walk out to the coop to re-pair the thing every time this happens. I am worried the lack of reliability with this thing is going to throw all our birds back into molt again.

This Dual dimmer plug is amazing. First off I have a few Smart Life plugs etc. and it works with that app. The dimmer capacity is so great it works really well. You can even choose what type of light you have LED, etc. I love the you can change the dimmer action individually or you can link them. It was super easy to set up and voila I had to different lights on a dimmer fantastic. Highly recommend it

Fairly straightforward to set up in the treatlife app. Was a little confusing to pair with alexa, but that is not unique to this company. Once set up, we were able to control brightness settings on both named outlets easily with voice commands. FYI, this device can burn out under heavy load - I would sometimes disconnect the extension cords from our string lights to use with power tools in the back yard, for convenience. I did this many times without incident, but one time when running a circular saw on the circuit, I burned out the dimmer switch (didn't really think it through). I reached out to the company, and they were kind enough to send me a replacement. I would recommend them for their customer service, but just be aware that this product is not really meant for heavier loads - just stick to dimmable lighting. Otherwise, it's a cool product that works well!

Dear customers Treatlife did it again just when i thought there was no need for this device i was totally wrong. Another 5 star review. I have a timer for my outside yard lights which turn on and off automatically so I didn't think I would need this product. Come to find out my neighbor came over last week and said that his kids miss the light show at night. Come to find out it's been broken for the last 3 weeks and I didn't know nor could I check to see if it was on or off. But thanks to Treatlife and another great outdoor plug that can DIM is a bonus. If you're looking for a company that you can trust and avoid using 10 different apps just get Treatlife and save yourself the headache. You might say Treatlife is not the cheapest and that's possible but is it worth saving $5-$10 for a less reliable product. Go Treatlife
